from any of your bank accounts.

The payment is made immediately

- no POP or payment clearance needed -

allowing us to process your payment immediately

 

 

How it works

Step 1

You will receive a link to the Ozow payment gateway in your weFix awaiting collection email when your device repair has been completed.

Step 4

The automated process will navigate and populate the relevant fields on your behalf in the background.

 

Step 2

Click on the secure link and select your bank from the list presented. Login using your internet banking credentials.

 

Step 5

Your bank will send you an OTP (one-time-password) or mobile authentication to your mobile phone to verify the payment.

 

Step 3

Select an account to pay from.

 

 

Step 6

Once you have successfully authorised your payment, the transaction is marked as complete and you can then collect your device.
