I had ordered the apple watch SE , in which I was told its not available , and they have fixed the on their app , for me to order the other versions of the apple watch, but to my surprise it still shows on their app and listed as available , then they offered to refund me within 10 working days to my suprise still nothing, i sent a couple of follow up emails with no response, decided to to do a chatbox wefix support follow up as well speaking to Chantelle or Chanelle if im not mistaken, she also said i will get a reponse withing the day to which still nothing, its really upsetting , its now over 13 days of me not recieving my refund and i never want to buy from you
