Shipping

Your device will be shipped out within 1 working day of receiving your order.

Courier lead times are roughly 1-3 days for main centers and 3-5 days for any outlying areas.

You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched with a tracking link to track your order.

One Year Warranty

If your item has a technical defect within the first year, we'll repair or replace it.

Return your item for any reason within the first 30 days of receiving it. All without having to say “it’s not you, it’s me.”

Returns are easy

Email hello@wefix.co.za with your order number within the first 30 days and we will arrange this for you.

Your device must be returned it its original packagaging
Your device must be returned without any physical or Liquid damage - send it back how you recieved it.
Your device must be signed out of all accounts including iCloud, FMIP and Google accounts.

Once recieved and checked we will process your refund.

Be reunited with your cash

You’re original payment method will be refunded within 3-10 business days depending on the payment provider your used.

NB: Your refund will exclude any shipping charges related to your original order.

If you have made use of LayUp, your refund will exclude any cancellation fee's associated with the terms & conditions of the LayUp payment.
