All of our devices undergo an extensive quality control check and is guaranteed to be 100% functional regardless of its grading, unless this has been specified in the description.

The cosmetic grading relates only to the device's overall physicall appearance.

Cosmetic Condition Explained:

Best - Like new:
Like new or "near mint" condition.
 
Better - Lightly used:
The device may show signs of character, meaning there may be some light cosmetic scratches and scuff marks on the case.
 
Good - Slightly More wear & tear:
There are more evident signs of wear on the case. These may include small knicks and more visible evidence of scratches.

Layby

To make use of layby, select the LayUp option when checking out.

You can select weekly or monthly payments up to 6 months.

You will only receive your order after all of your payments have been completed.

You are able to amend your payment duration by logging into your LayUp account.

Buy Now Pay Later

To make use of the 'Buy Now Pay Later' payment terms, select either PayJustNow or Payflex at checkout.

PayJustNow: Pay it off over 3 installments in 3 months, interest free

Payflex: Pay it off over 4 installments in 6 weeks, interest free

In both cases you will receive your device as soon as you complete the order and your account will be debited by either PayJustNow or Payflex for future payments.

*NB: To make use of these third party payment providers you will be required to have a valid South African ID.

The credit available to you will be granted by the third party payment provider depending on your credit rating.

Shipping

Your device will be shipped out within 1 working day of receiving your order.

Courier lead times are roughly 1-3 days for main centers and 3-5 days for any outlying areas.

You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched with a tracking link to track your order.

Warranty

If your item has a technical defect within the warranty period, we'll repair or replace it.

Please note: The warranty does not cover physical damage and/or misuse or abuse, liquid damage, repairs and/or product modifications and alterations, executed by unauthorised third parties.
